Your privacy is important to us. The types of personal information we normally receive are: name, email address and phone number. We promise never to share this information with third parties.

Health Conditions

In order to avoid disappointment please inform us at the time of booking your appointment of any medical conditions that may affect your treatment. This includes heart conditions, high blood pressure, allergies or pregnancy. This information is strictly confidential.

Arrival

It is recommended that you arrive 5-10minutes before your appointment, so that you can register and fill out a consultation form. Please be aware that if you arrive late, the time of the appointment may be shortened or rescheduled in consideration of the next person. If rescheduling to a later time or shortening of your appointment is not be possible by either our or your side you might be charged full price of the appointment if arriving late causes cancellation of your appointment attogether.

 

TIPS

Tips are accepted and can be given in person or left at reception for the technician to collect at the end of the day.
100% of the tip goes to the member of staff and tips are not pooled. We do not accept tips on card at present.

Loss & Damage

Management and owners take no responsibility for your personal belongings.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards and cash. We do not accept cheques.

UNDER 16’S

All under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult when attending their appointment. We do not do any treatment that involves using the UV lamp i.e. gel based polish (shellac or gel polish) or nail extensions, on anyone under the age of 16.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

We do not offer refunds on services. If you have an issue with a service, we will do everything we can to rectify it for you.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers that are lost or stolen cannot be replaced or cancelled, once the voucher has been purchased either online or in a salon, it becomes the responsibility of the person who purchased it.
Gift voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full. Please note there is no expiry date on our vouchers

 

GROUP BOOKING

We do accept group bookings, but you will be required to pay a minimum €10 deposit per person, at the time of booking.
All groups members are urged to arrive at least 15 minutes before appointment time so colours can be chosen in advance as multiples of one colour may be required.
At the time of booking a breakdown of the booking is required, so it is best to email us outlining what each person wants specifically and their name. Please note We do not offer group discount.

 

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

Management reserves the right to refuse service to a client.

MAKE YOUR EXTENSIONS, FIBER NAILS AND GEL POLISH LAST 

We guarantee our Fiber Nails, Extensions and Gel Polishes last for 7 days and will fix up any mishaps we may have done within this time. After 7 days it is standard wear and tear if you wish to make them last as long as possible, follow these tips:

→ Use rubber gloves for any cleaning, washing up and gardening.
→ Avoid using cleaning gels and detergents
→ Don’t leave your hands soaking in hot water like a bath or jacuzzi.
→ Simple things like peeling stickers off magazines, opening cans etc can break the seal so be very careful.
→ Make sure to wipe sunscreen/chlorine/insect repellent and fake tan off your gel polish as it can cause it to stain.

FIBER NAILS AND EXTENSIONS

→ Use non-acetone nail polish remover and base coat when changing polish on gel extensions
→ Hand cream that contains lanolin can cause lifting
→ Fiber/Gel and Polygel needs to be refilled every 2.5/3 weeks
→ You should get a full set and new tips etc every 3/4 refills to make sure it is new gel touching the nail and all the old gel that might have been lifting is gone.
→ Typing can cause breakages/chips , so be careful when doing so.
→  If you book for refills after more than 4 weeks, you will be charged for a full set due to the amount of products used on regrowth.
